If you are short of drivers, this is what we do
We work with transport companies across the European Union that have trucks, contracts and customers — and not enough qualified drivers to serve them. Fleets of five trucks and fleets of two hundred. What they have in common is that domestic recruitment has stopped producing results and they need a source that actually scales.
We are not a job board and we are not a CV mill. We recruit a defined kind of person — an experienced long-haul professional from outside the EU — and we put them through the same assessment we apply to drivers for our own fleet before anyone’s name reaches you.
What a placement includes
Verified licence and record
Category CE licence and driving record checked at source, not taken on trust from a document photograph.
Real long-haul experience
Candidates with genuine international or long-distance mileage behind them, not newly licensed drivers looking for an entry route into Europe.
Practical assessment
Driving competence, tachograph and hours discipline, load handling, and how the driver treats the vehicle — assessed in practice, not on paper.
Working language
Enough practical language to be safe and useful on your routes and with your dispatch, established before placement rather than discovered afterwards.
A complete file
The driver arrives with their documentation in order and a written summary of what we assessed and what we found.
One point of contact
Ours. Throughout the process and after the driver starts.
How it works
You tell us what you need
How many drivers, what routes, what equipment, when they need to start. Anything specific about your operation that a driver has to be able to handle.
We source
We go to our pool and to our recruitment channels outside the EU and identify candidates who match — experience, licence category, availability, and the conditions of your routes.
We assess
Licence and record verification, practical driving evaluation, language, and the working-habits check. Candidates who do not clear it do not continue. We would rather send you three names than twelve.
We prepare the placement
Documentation, formalities and the practical arrangements to get the driver to you and ready to work. You get status updates without having to chase us.
The driver starts, and we stay reachable
Placement is not the end of the relationship. If something is not working, we want to hear it early, and we deal with it.
The bar we screen against
Every transport company that has taken drivers from an agency has had the same experience: the CV was excellent and the driver lasted six weeks. The gap is between what a document says and what a person does at 04:00 on the far side of Germany with a delivery window closing.
We close that gap by using the only standard we actually trust — our own. We have 25 MAN trucks running the Western European corridor. Those trucks are our business, and a bad driver in one of them costs us money, customers and insurance. The assessment we apply before we let someone drive for us is the same assessment we apply before we send someone to you.
There is no second, easier track for placements. If we would not put a driver in our own cab, we will tell you that instead of sending them.
What we will tell you up front
We are not the fastest option
Screening properly takes longer than forwarding CVs. If you need bodies in cabs this week regardless of quality, an agency will beat us. If you need drivers who are still with you next year, the extra time is the product.
We will say no
If your routes or your equipment need something we cannot reliably source, or the timeline does not allow us to assess properly, we will tell you rather than take the order and hope. That happens, and we would rather lose the placement than the relationship.
