2. What this site is for
This website describes the services of JAC & RAC TRANS SRL to other businesses. It is
information, not an offer: nothing on these pages creates a contract or a binding
quotation. Anything we agree is agreed in writing between us.
The site is aimed at companies, not consumers.
3. Using the site
You may read the site and use the enquiry form for genuine business enquiries.
Please do not:
- use the form to send advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database;
- copy substantial parts of the site for your own commercial use.

The text, layout and the JAC & RAC TRANS name and logo belong to
JAC & RAC TRANS SRL. Photographs used on this site are licensed stock images. You may quote
short extracts with a link back; anything more needs our written permission.

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but details about fleet,
routes, certifications and availability change. If a detail matters to your
decision, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not
responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under
Romanian law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
arising from your use of this website.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking
cookies. No third party is profiling you here. The only cookies that may
be set are the ones the site needs in order to function:
